PHledger

PHledger · Go-Global AI Decision Platform · MVP

Decide where, how and whether to go global — with evidence, not hearsay.

An AI decision platform for Chinese founders and executives taking their business overseas. Answer a short diagnostic, compare markets side by side, see the entry checklist and the real cost, and get a board-ready decision memo — every claim cited, every memo reviewed by a human expert. Then land with the PHledger ecosystem: proven industry operations, a community network for your people, and engineers who build your overseas systems.

01 — The problem

Going global today runs on WeChat groups and gut feel

01

Scattered, outdated information

Rules on company setup, tax, visas and product certification sit across dozens of government sites and change often.

02

The language barrier

Regulations, contracts, bank and tax forms, negotiations, hiring and managing local staff — all in English, often in legal and technical terms. Translation is slow and costly, and one misread clause can be expensive.

03

Expensive first answers

A first round of lawyers, accountants and consultants costs a lot before you even know if the market is right.

04

No apples-to-apples comparison

Australia or New Zealand? Sydney, Melbourne or Auckland? Founders decide from anecdotes, not a consistent set of criteria.

05

Decisions without a paper trail

Boards and investors want a reasoned memo with options, risks and numbers, not a forwarded article.

02 — MVP scope

Six modules, one decision

The MVP covers the first 90 days of a go-global decision: from 'should we?' to 'here is the plan'.

01

03

Entry & compliance roadmap

Every memo is checked by a PHledger analyst and, where needed, a licensed local lawyer, accountant or migration agent before it reaches you.

03 — From decision to landing

One platform, built on ventures already running overseas

The decision layer is new. What sits behind it is not: each PHledger venture becomes a landing service for founders who decide to go.

04 — Ways to partner

Two ways to take part in a landing business

For founders and families who want to start or back a small business in Australia — beginning with our showcase café model. Choose how involved you want to be.

A

Financial investor

You invest; an experienced operator runs the business.

  • › Review the showcase store's real numbers in a PHledger due-diligence memo before you commit
  • › Invest directly into the operating company, under an agreement drafted by your own lawyer
  • › PHledger provides the AI front desk, finance automation and a monthly results dashboard
  • › PHledger never holds investor money and promises no returns
B

Owner-operator / store manager

You own the store and run it yourself, day to day.

  • › Site visits to the showcase café: see real costs, sales, staffing and systems
  • › Store landing pack: location data, setup checklist, licensed partners, systems ready on opening day
  • › Four weeks of opening support, then the AI front desk paid per order
  • › Best fit if you want to live in Australia and build hands-on experience running a business

! About residency and visas

Investment-based visas (the Business Innovation and Investment Program, subclass 188) closed to new applicants on 31 July 2024. A business investment does not by itself lead to residency. Whether any visa pathway fits your situation must be assessed by your own independent registered migration agent (MARN). Under the Migration Act it is illegal to ask for, receive or pay any benefit in return for visa sponsorship — PHledger and its partners never charge fees linked to sponsorship or visa outcomes.

05 — How PHledger charges

Transparent, fixed-fee where it matters

No hidden commissions. Licensed professionals are paid directly by you at their own rates. Prices in AUD, excluding GST.

08 — Our commitments

A decision tool you can defend

01

Chinese first

Ask in Chinese, get answers in Chinese. Every rule comes with the original source and a plain-Chinese explanation; memos are bilingual; expert partners who speak Mandarin come first.

02

Every claim cited

Answers come from a curated knowledge base of official sources, each with a link and the date it was checked. No source, no claim.

03

Humans sign off

AI drafts; people review. Legal, tax and visa points are confirmed by licensed local professionals.

04

Your data stays yours

We collect only what the decision needs, never train shared models on your business data, and delete it on request.

05

Decision support, not advice

The platform supports your decision; it is not legal, tax, migration or investment advice. Licensed partners give that, when you need it.
